Jill Malleck

Jill Malleck has found her life purpose in serving individuals, teams and organizations with ways to accelerate positive change – in their work and in their personal lives. With  more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Marketing inside a global corporate environment, Jill now spends her time with a variety of clients and at all levels of system intervention. Using her experience, training, natural creativity and intuition, Jill works with public and private sector clients to generate new options and implement practical solutions. Her desire to see others succeed also comes to life in her Coaching practice, where she listens well and asks powerful and challenging questions that give people the energy and confidence to change.

Jill’s work focuses on three areas: Coaching, Facilitation and HR Projects. As an Integral Coach™,  Jill is certified by Integral Coaching Canada Inc.® to use their method for powerful and sustainable personal development and change. Many of Jill’s clients are executive leaders who appreciate her practical and insightful ways of building the competencies they most want to work on. Jill has custom-designed and facilitated hundreds of strategic planning meetings, operational planning meetings, leadership development retreats, cross-functional collaborations, generative conversations and Board meetings for groups ranging in size from 5-300. She designs processes based on clear objectives and deliverables, using her experience of group dynamics to make the work of the group easier. When it fits the purpose of the meeting, Jill provides training to meeting participants on a wide range of personal development topics. As an HR professional, Jill offers clients project leadership or hands-on support as they design and implement systems change in the areas of leadership development, training, reward & recognition, competency models/systems, succession planning, recruiting and orientation. Jill’s skill in written and verbal communications helps her clients to accelerate the integration of change.
